Where you from? The pizza scene in the US is huuuge and different spots hit way different depending on where you are. If you ever swing through Chicago, you gotta try Lou Malnati's deep dish. That buttery crust and chunky tomato sauce slaps. You more into thin crust or the heavy stuff?

Yeah, I've had that blazed BBQ too, pretty tasty and definitely better than I expected from a chain spot

The so-called "customizable fast-casual" pizza trend is just a marketing gimmick. Restaurants like Blaze aren't reinventing anything, they're charging premium prices for paint-by-numbers pizzas.

Classic mom-and-pop pizzerias with proper dough and quality toppings will always beat those assembly‑line operations in both taste and value
