Anyone here got a a Waring WPO350? I am starting a small pizza place where people would just get pizzas to go. Is this a good choice for a beginner? thanks everyone! Cool forum, by the way

It should be god enough for a beginner and a start up business, it's compact, heats up quickly, and can handle decent volume for its size. It's not a high end deck oven, but for thin crust or personal size pizzas, it does a very good job. Great pick if on a budget, just keep an eye on recovery times during busy hours.

yipee solid little oven for starting out, just know it's best for thinner pies though, not deep dish or anything too loaded, good luck with the shop

How are you planning to manage bake times and consistency with the WPO350 especially during rush hours? Does it hold temp well enough for back-to-back pies?

The WPO350 is a good pick for a beginner it's compact and easy to use.

On the other hand, if you're open to options, check out the Kratos Double Deck 18" for more capacity It has great value for small shops. What kind of volume are you expecting daily?
