Pizza making accessories

I guess it depends on what kind of oven he has WFO or a smaller portable one. Either way a lot of that stuff he may not need.

A wooden pizza peel is much better than metal. Dough sticks more to metal.
Never use a wire brush. The potential for the wires to fall off and get into food is a worry mostly on a WFO.
Pizza cutter is useful.
The extended handles are not needed for a small portable oven but are necessary for a WFO.
The dough cutter is good for making your own dough.
I don't know of many households that don't already have insulated gloves.
I don't use a roller (see above)

I have both a WFO and an Ooni Karu 16 w/propane attachment.

I currently use a slotted aluminum peel. It works much better than a solid peel. Wood peels are great, too.
Get a turning peel!
That pizza cutter is cool, but I also use a rolling pizza cutter.
The only reason I use a dough roller is to have a flat crust all the way to the edge. Some people like it that way.
I toss my dough by hand to get the poofy, crunchy edge.
The metal brush is useless, and also citing the concerns from Mr. Purplehaze;).
Finally, get yourself a pair of real oven mitts. One burn by those little things will s*ck.

Hope this helps.

Haven’t seen that specific set, but generally those accessory kits are fine for home use peelers, cutters, small tools are handy if they’re decent quality. If the reviews look solid and the price is good, it’s worth a shot as a gift
