Hi all
New to the forum
Recently retired (mechanical engineer) and currently renovating my BBQ area with new toys
Previously had a gas-powered Coolabah pizza oven, while it did the job, it struggled to get hot enough
Looking at a Gozney, model still in the air at present, really like the mod with the spinning stone, but the dollars are scary
Hoping to pick up some ideas along the way, and, adding where I can and probably ask some stupid questions
