Just got my Gozney Roccbox a month ago and I’m already seeing ash buildup and sauce splatter. What’s your go-to cleaning method after a few cooks? I would like to avoid turning it into a pizza-flavored chimney. Any tips are welcome!

I think I've seen the right way to clean it on their website. but what I usually do is to cool the Roccbox before cleaning, ofc.
don't forget to read the label and take necessary precautions when using any cleaning chemicals with Roccbox.
I use hot soapy water and some elbow grease, it will remove most stains

cleaning is the not my favorite thing to do. I usually do the easy way. run the oven on high heat for 20-30 minutes to burn off residue. after it has cooled, gently scrape any remaining debris from the stone with a grill spatula or wire brush, then wipe the stone clean with a damp paper towel or cloth
