My Ooni is too hot

My Ooni Koda 16 has been a champ, but lately it’s running so hot that I’m getting leopard spots before the dough even sets. I’m trying to dial it back, but the flame seems to have two modes: dragon breath and barely awake. Anyone else had issues with their Koda?
