Hi folks;
Over the past several years I've replace an old wooden deck with an elevated concrete one. The new deck supports a nice new concrete and tiled outdoor gilling and pizza oven area, overlooking the lake. For the past year, we've enjoyed hosting mini pizza parties and cooking other foods like steaks, scampi and seared veggies in the Gozney (commercially available pizza oven), which is a fantastic and serious pizza platform. Initially I wanted to build a wood fired oven, but so glad we opted instead for the speed and simplicity of propane, as it's cleaner heat and it seems a better fit for our lifestyle. I've hit on some really consistently good recipes and we use the entire space often.
