Great pizza begins with great dough. Simple ingredients, a little patience, and your oven does the rest!

Basic Recipe (Classic Neapolitan Style)
You will need:

3 ½ cups all-purpose or bread flour
1 ½ cups warm water
2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp dry yeast
2 tbsp olive oil

Steps:
Mix yeast, sugar, and warm water and let it sit until foamy.
Add flour, salt, and olive oil; knead until smooth.
Cover and let rise 1–2 hours.
Divide, shape, and stretch into rounds before baking.

Quick Variations:
Whole Wheat:
Swap half the flour for whole wheat.
Herbed Dough: Add dried oregano or basil for extra flavor.
Thin & Crispy: Use less yeast and roll thinner.

Tip:
Practice stretching by hand, no rolling pin needed. It gives that authentic airy crust!
