I know some people might not agree with me but I actually really like Domino's thin crust pizza. It's a guilty pleasure of mine.

Lately, I've been making more Chicago tavern-style thin crust and it has me thinking about trying to make something similar to Domino's. The Domino's crust is almost flaky and it is different from a tavern style. I am wondering if maybe they mix butter into the dough. Or maybe they use baking powder instead of yeast to make it super thin and not puff up as much. I tried looking for recipes but I had no luck. I know their dough probably has a lot of weird ingredients but does anyone have any ideas on how to replicate it? Has anyone tried?

Domino's thin crust isn't really a yeast dough, it's more like a cracker dough. Pretty sure they use oil instead of butter and run it through a sheeter so it's super flat. If you roll your dough paper thin and bake it hard on a stone, you'll get close.
