Greetings! I posted in the baking section after trying Roberta's recipe and getting stiff, lifeless dough despite following the cold ferment steps.

Glad you’re here! Roberta’s recipe is popular, but dough can be tricky. Thanks for posting your experience in the main forum, others might have had similar results. Were you using any hot pepper infusions or oils?
