Small oven for my Sicilian pizzas

Hey pizza friends, I’m building a little pizza spot in my garage and need a good countertop oven. I mostly make Sicilian pizza and sometimes grandma-style. I’ve got enough power for a bigger oven so that’s not a problem. Hoping to find something under $3,000. Got any favorites you’ve tried lately?

I went with the Effeuno P134H. It’s compact but powerful and gets hot enough for Sicilian-style with great crust results. Also heard good things about the Breville Smart Oven Pizzaiolo for smaller batches. Under $3K gives you great options, are you leaning electric or gas?
