Been using frozen dough and letting it thaw overnight but my pizzas keep coming out gummy in the middle. Is it the dough or my oven setup? any suggestions are appreciated. I don't want it gummy anymore!

Thanks for posting! Had a similar issue before. I had a stretch where every pizza came out with that dreaded gummy middle. For me, the fix was letting the dough rest longer after thawing and cranking the oven as hot as it will go.

Alan is right, gummy pizza usually happens because of the oven not being hot enough, the crust being too thick, or, in my own experience, I'm using too many toppings

@1sliceee you're using frozen dough, so the gummy middle is often because the dough is still too cold in the center when it hits the oven
even if it feels thawed, it needs to be at room temperature for at least 2 hours before baking
if it's cold, the yeast doesn't spring, and the moisture just sits there, creating that raw, gummy layer right under the sauce
