Looks amazing! I'm curious about your secret for getting that perfect bake. Did you preheat it for a full 20 minutes? What were your top and bottom heat settings? I'm still trying to dial in my own G3 and would love to get results like that

Well it has its own preheating.. i think like 15 minutes.. I am using 450 top, 430 bottom..
and for recipes who ask me, my girlfriend is doing it I know I as a “pizza chef” should make it, but for now she does good job.. I even have it in freezer.. then unfreeze for like 2 hours, then give it in fridge for like 1 day to max 3 days.. the more the better.. then I make it
